Grey Squirrel Protection UK volunteers feed the local population of UK grey squirrels on a daily basis. We have created an Amazon Wishlist of delicious treats, ranging from nuts and berries for our local UK Grey Squirrels to enjoy and devour. If you are kindly willing to purchase these delicious treats for our UK grey squirrels, then this would be greatly appreciated! This can be done anonymously, or you could choose give your first name, which we could mention with a huge thank you when we film our daily UK grey squirrel feedings, posting them below, and on our YouTube channel.
The vast majority of organisations are informing the public that grey squirrels cannot be released if they are trapped, and that they must be killed. This is false. If the squirrel is trapped (for example, in a bird feeder, on your property, or in netting in a park), free it. The law still permits freeing grey squirrels and releasing them where they were found. www.rspca.org.uk/adviceandwelfare/wildlife/squirrels/injured
