This information (addresses, purchase or account history, account information) shall be retained for a period of 28 days in the event that a delivery issue arises, for which we shall need to liaise with the Post Office and/or Royal Mail, in order to seek a reimbursement of our postage and any other costs.
If a delivery issue arises, the information cited in brackets above, shall be retained until all delivery issues are resolved. Once resolved, this information shall be retained for 28 days from the point all delivery issues have been resolved.
